1.  SEYMOUR RIVER RAMBLE - MAY 16, 1999 - A bike trip up Riverside Drive and into the Seymour demonstration forest and onwards to the Seymour Falls dam and return.
2.COQUITLAM RIVER/BURKE MOUNTAIN BIKE N HIKE CROSS OVER TRIP - JUNE 11, 1999 - two accounts of this trip - one done in the dead of winter and the other in the middle of summer - you generally won't find this description in any guide book. Hope you enjoy it.
3.MS 50 CHARITY BIKE RIDE- AUGUST 15, 1999 - A very wet day for the Investor's Group charity MS 50KM bike ride through Burnaby and the Tri-Cities region of Greater Vancouver - on a better weather day this could be quite an enjoyable road ride as there are no major uphill climbs if done as described in the article.
